The repair facility was unable to get my parts needed for the work.
This was because of the availability from all suppliers.
I was able to get the parts needed almost immediately on Amazons web site. I ordered the parts and received them.
I brought the parts back to your facility and the repair was completed.

I had a new muffler installed, and my car is nice and quiet again. But, what really impressed me was how fast it was. Art grabbed my keys & paperwork around 8:10 and I was on my way back home by 8:40! Dan was a lot of fun to talk to, and seems like a super nice guy.

There was more wrong than I thought. The service man had me look at the underside and pointed out each issue and I could plainly see the damage. He was almost finished, but one part they received was damaged. He was going to put it back together so I could drive home, but I was able to get a ride. It was finish early the next day AND was less than the estimate. It is running nice and quietly now.

Good diagnosis and great repair. They worked to get the car in for a major power steering repair even though the shop was understaffed and had a growing list of customers coming in. Dan and Art both have extensive vehicle knowledge, are willing to listen and to explain the problem found and the solution needed. I would recommend them highly.
