Very disappointed of this visit. Arrived before shop opened at 7:30. Was the second customer in line. Sit in waiting room. Staff had hard time to find my current service. He found my previous car that they worked on 7 yrs ago. He did a second search to find BMW X1 that the shop has worked with 3-4 yrs. Bought 4 new tires June 2024 with 40k miles guaranteed. they passed 14 k miles after 12 months. Staff informed that I need new tires. I reminded him my purchase in 2024. Then he searched for the record. He called the teammate who proceeded my purchase last year to discuss the situation of the tires worn out unexpectedly. It was around 8:30 am. He suggested to bring car back after 5k miles. My car should be released soon. Up to 10:30am my car was still in the lift with tires dismounting. No clear explanation from staff why the wait. I had to leave the shop for my other appointments. 3:30pm I called because I did not receive the call from the shop. He let me know it was ready. When I picked up my car, there was still no explanation why the wait. I did not like the service that occupied the whole Saturday such as this one. Customer service was poor. Purchasing the under-performance tires is another drawback that I need a follow up. Please respond of how the shop could do better.
