After buying two expensive tires for my Mercedes SLK, I had a slow leak in one of them because of a leaking internal tire pressure monitor. They fixed their error, but claimed I had a bad battery. They charged me at least $100 more for the battery than competitors. My fault for trusting them, but I will never give them any business again.

Very little waiting. Reception person was courteous and efficient. Estimate was close to final bill. Projected wait time was very close to actual time. Waiting area nice and clean. They could use some reading material that's more user friendly for women :-)

Drove in without an appointment due to a flat tire. I was greeted by Pete, such a wonderfully pleasant manager. Despite not having appointment, my tire was repaired in about 30 minutes and the TPMS reset properly. The waiting area is small, but clean.
I took a chance on this place, but I will definitely be coming back for my maintenance services.

I have been going years here with all of my family vehicles. I just love Pete and Robert. They are the best! I just am not liking the new changes from the new owners. They redid the office but didn't put the TV bck where people would wait. Nor did they do the floors in the employee office as if they didn't matter to have a nice office. I'll continue to go because so far they are still honest and friendly there.
