This business will rob you blind. 5 broken flex plates in my ford edge. Metro ford tried to charge me 18 hours what it took 3 other shops to complete in 9. When I refused to pay, they tried to take my car. I finally got the bill lowered by $3,000, the service manager demanded cash and tacked on an extra $500 for himself. He was not fired despite the parent auto group being notified. I eventually won and was returned my car but 3 months on foot was rough.
They just rebuilt my transmission after their work didn't last 13 months.

Joshua our salesman was pleasant to deal with and the main reason we bought the truck. Vincente in finance was great to deal with, straight forward. This is the first time we walked out of a finance office not feeling like they tried to take advantage of you and feeling slimy. Can't say anything good about the "The Metro Ford of OKC Difference" which comes with a $2,995 price tag and not disclosed until the price sheet comes back from the sales managers office. If we had talked with Mike the sales manager when we made the deal we would not have purchased the truck. Thank you, Jim Browning

I came in for a simple oil change and car wash, but the experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. No one welcomed me or even acknowledged me when I got there. Matt Martinez, in particular, had a bad attitude and seemed uninterested in helping.
He gave me multiple excuses for why they couldn't do the car wash, even though I was willing to pay the $30 ( When the website said $19.99) he told me he was not sure if they were able to do it l. So I ended up telling him that I did not want it anymore. Because of how I was treated, I didn't even feel comfortable mentioning the other issues I've been having with my car.
Mr. Dustin came after and he was so kind and helpful.
Customer service matters, and this visit left a bad impression.

Pros: I appreciate the Metro difference package so I get free oil changes. Denise was very friendly.
Cons: I made an appt online for 7:30 and checked that I would be waiting on my vehicle. When I arrived the guy asked if I was going to wait and I said yes. He then acted surprised and a little annoyed and told me that they just had a bunch of people drop off ahead of me. The waiting room was full and smelled like sewage. I got my car back just under 2 hours, which is fine, but is there priority to those who have an appointment? I booked an early one to hopefully get in and out as soon as possible.
