They overfilled the oil by about half to 3/4 of a quart. This is extremely bad for the engine as it increase pressure and potentially causes permanent oil leaks. They also took off the tires for a tire rotation, but excessively over tighten the lug nuts when they put tires back on. When I got home I checked the lug nuts. I had to use an extra long breaker bar and an extension to loosen the lug nuts. This has the potential to stretch and weaken lug bolts and ruin threads. Its dangerous. Ford has torque specs for the wheels and a dip stick to check oil level. Unfortunately the service tech didn't care enough about the customer or apparently his work to do things correctly. This reflects poorly on the hap hazard service manager and service advisor also. These are basic car maintenance services. It leaves me wondering what they do wrong on more complicated repairs.

They put on a bad seal that started leaking after a week. Took it back, they said it was "residual from the splash shield". Refused to look any further despite the high volume of oil leaking after a full week. They sent me on my way. It continued to leak, obviously, so I took it back. Magically, they realized it was a bad seal. They was incredibly dismissive & rude the first attempt instead of actually validating their work. To be fair, they were rude beforehand. I walked in & got stared at by everyone in the office instead of being greeted by literally anyone. I had to ask where to go or who to talk to. Still no words, just a finger pointing at a woman who was also sitting there staring at me until I stood in front of her & spoke first.
