Really poor service, I was told my sub frame was damaged. Took the car to an independent service center that services European cars and they got the job done and never mentioned that the subframe was damaged. Feel the dealer was blowing smoke up my rear, never taking my car to this dealer again.

I was SO insulted by the guy who checked me out. I have been having issues with my engine revving and my car not moving when city driving. He said they thought whoever was driving it probably has it in NEUTRAL!!! Are you kidding me? I know what neutral is.. DO NOT INSULT me then charge $45 for that!

Terrific contact person to the shop. Explained the wear on the struts in the front axle, and was resourceful at getting new parts to eliminate the wear on the front suspension system. Work was done on time, with daily communication for status updates. Nicely done!

The work was performed satisfactory and seems to be expertly done. Andrew Von Bargen is the best service advisor you have. But, I did not get a service sticker put on my windshield like usual for my next service. Perhaps I can come by and get one and get my car washed. Please advise.
