Poor customer service from Tori and miscommunication from service departments about what services were included and pricing. Tori refused to communicate and had someone call to say shes had left. Then failed to have my car ready for pick up so I wasted a trip. When I returned the next day they tried to add an additional $185 to my bill. Unprofessional

Excellent experience from my vehicles arrival to departure. My service advisor, Tori was very attentive to my concerns. Through Tori's efforts and recommendations, I was left assured that the Mercedes Benz of Athens (MBA) really care to take good care of their customers! And my GLK 35 is glad that I chose MBA again, and we look forward to our next scheduled service!

In a word, excellent. They tracked down and solved an intermittent problem the selling dealership couldnt, that has haunted my car since the first month of ownership. I was so pleased I had them do the next scheduled service while it was there (1,000 miles early).

I considered it a privilege to have my GLK 350 serviced at Mercedes Benz of Athens. They had the service history of the vehicle. They made me feel like an honored guest. I am pleased with the service. However, I am concerned that the tire pressure sensor failure, was not addressed/replaced.

Dealership has new facility which is difficult to locate not to mention numerous turns to get there and one small sign at an intersection indicating the dealership was close. Wait time to see the only service person to process service work and get loaner took too much time. Service done on car was excellent as well as free car wash which was best I have experienced. As with my BMWs pricing is high.
