I have visited this location for several years since and always had a great experience. However, after this recent visit I will not be returning. First I was given a dirty loaner car which I send a message to my service advisor via text and voicemail, of course he never responded. Secondly, his tone whenever I spoke with him was very dismissive. This is not how you treat a long term customer.

and accommodating and introduced me to my service advisor, Derek Nash.
Derek was very helpful describing the service scheduled, a loaner car & answering all my questions, called to let me know what the service tech
found and then had my car ready, cleaned & washed at the time he had
stated earlier. Very impressive! Great Service! Thank You!

Found a threaded screw in one of our back tires. I didn't want to remove it in case it was too deep. Called our service tech at Mercedes Benz of Athens. Derek Nash was able to fit us in right away. We ended up with an inner patch plus an external plug. All good now. Servicing our G63 has been super easy and we feel fortunate to have this dealership close by.

Had to misfortune of having to replace my windshield in my 2025 G63. Mercedes Benz of Athens was fantastic. My service writer(Derek Nash) was professional, courteous and honest. Vehicle was completed on time and workmanship was excellent. They treated it like it was their own. Will definitely return for regular maintenance!

They went out of their way to fit me in to their full schedule and change my tires. They also had my tires in stock.

Service done quickly Shane walked me through everything good customer service. The complementary car was could use some work water spots and car wasn't up to my standards nor what it used to be must have someone else washing cars my only disappointment.

Brandon , the technician, couldnt have been nicer. He drove 2 hours to my house, showed up at exactly the time the time he had promised, and fixed a recall in 30 minutes. I was surprised to have a dealership call me and actually offer to drive 70 miles to service a recall.
