Nice in taking me in after short notice.
Service rep hard to get ahold of to find out what was going on, had to track him down to find out what was going on with my car.
My car after receiving it after multiple service's does not seem to be the same. The dash makes noise it never had before. The engine on the drivers side ,when accelerating sounds like a Mac truck !

I have been there several times and have never had a problem! This time was the worse! Told them what I needed done and will take couple of hours (9am) went to the desk twice and they didn't know ? 2 pm car was ready all they did was a oil change! Not even a wash. That's not even close what i said needed to be done!

Service was what I expected for the oil change. Unfortunately, I found out that for any other service needed I need to make another appointment. It seems inefficient that I could not have all issues taken care of. However, the oil change service was very good.

Edgar updated me on and to get approval of extra charges from me before service, when the van moved to the second service station, and when it was done. It was very disappointing. Brought our new (to us) vehicle in because once in a while when we start it up, a huge cloud of smoke comes out the exhaust. Service kept the vehicle for about 10 days. I never received one phone call about what was going on. Finally had my son-in-law go and pick it up to bring it home. Horrible customer service.
