They were very professional and courteous. Did what they said they would do. Waiting on rear camera but that's Ford not the dealer. Only negative it takes two weeks or more to get a service appointment.

Service was good but was disappointed with the length of time it took to get an oil change. Almost 2 hours for a 15 minute job.

I needed my windshield wipers replaced, so one of the service advisors went ahead and changed them right there in the drop off area while another service advisor checked me out. My car never needed to go to the shop, and I didn't even need to go to the waiting room. The whole process was quick and convenient. I appreciate how they valued my time this visit so that I could get my new wipers, pay, and go.

I took the car to the dealership about mid morning. Their driver drove me home while they repaired it. When they finished mid afternoon, two ladies delivered the car to me. The car had been cleaned both inside and out. I have always received top notch service when I take the car in for any service.

Scheduling is an absolute nightmare. The worst I've ever experienced in my 25 years of driving or scheduling services. My family and I will never consider this place for future business. They need to get it together too much staff rollover my guess

My truck was there for over four hours for an oil change. They were also supposed to replace a bracket on the antenna. The antenna bracket was never replaced and they never called and said when truck was ready. They also text but never respond. I also called a few days later to reschedule but they never returned my call. Very disappointing.

Very pleasant service appointment at Mclarty Daniel Ford/ Lincoln Dealership. When my new Super Duty arrived that I ordered it had a small amount of spray in bed liner that was on the painted bumper. This over spray was done at the factory. I got the truck back in one day and you can't tell the over spray was ever there. Very pleased

Christian, as always, was very courteous and efficient. He estimated the time needed when appointment was scheduled and was almost exact in the time allotted. This was important as it gave me ample time to get to my doctor appointment. Employees like him are a true asset to your dealership.

Calling the customer service rep gets you directed to receive a text message. The next day when I text to see if my car was ready I did not receive an answer so I stopped by and of course the car wasnt ready so we had to dbl back later. Improve your customer service and answer the telephone.

Every time I bring my truck in to do the works, getting my oil change done and also my tires rotated. It takes all day to get it done every time. And this time it took 4 hours to get it done. And one of the service advisor told me it takes a hour and a half. I dont know how it takes that long to get it done. Im going to take my truck somewhere else so my vehicle will get done faster.

Two issues. First issue, is that they offered a service that was not available which was an inconvenience for the day. Second issue, I came for maintenance on the vehicle and asked for inspection to make sure car was road worthy and plate lights were out causing me to get pulled over.
