communication was terrible. the job took a week longer than it was supposed to. the communication was terrible. when I got the truck back the seat was crammed all the way forward and the seat back had been moved, the heat was cranked all the way up, and the steering wheel had been moved, and none of these things had anything to do with the work being done. did I mention how terrible the communication was?

They don't seem to know as much as I would expect they should. Truck is doing things that are unexpected and they say they cannot resolve. "It's a rolling computer" is what I am told. I get it, but just the same, you are the dealership for Ford! You should have an answer.

We drive 1.5 hours from Missouri to get our cars purchased and serviced in Arkansas at McClarty Daniels Ford in Bentonville AR Sales people like Bobby Flippo and Service staff like Mercedes Akers take. Are if us and always greet us when we visit . The waiting room with 86" TV's and. Ice furniture is also a plus with coffee donuts and popcorn . This FORD Dealer is exceptional. Five Stars!!

Service representative and greeter at service center were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The waiting room had areas for anyone waiting , even children. During check over, the engine air filter needed replacement also. I hardly had any time spent waiting as they quickly took care of my car and I was on my way.
