There wasn't enough communication. I was there nearly 5 hours. My car sat in the bay unattended for about an hour after the tires were rotated. I had to leave the car overnight to have the brakes finished. There is still a pending item..no contact and my calls have not been returned.

Had an appointment for 12:30 and arrived 15 minutes early. Was told they would not be able to do my oil change , tire rotation and multipoint inspection for two hours! No point in making an appointment! No explanation was given. Evidently my time is not important to them. Service seems good, but otherwise I am very disappointed. We have bought 2 new vehicles from them over the last ten years and are now questioning buying another.

I don't like the fact that your TV is played on a political one sided news station. It's vey obvious who you support in politics. The TV in the beak room show be on a neutral channel, ie. game show, fishing or mountain climbing. The political air is still thick, your break room keeps it going. My opinion.
