The service was excellent. Only 1 complaint. My next service sticker was placed over the last one so I can't really read what mileage or date is due. They should really remove the old one before putting on the next. I'm probably just going to pull the sticker off and hope my car will let me know when it's time.

You don't have to post this. Yes, I bought a truck, but if I had time to fully check it out, I wouldn't have bought it. Radio not working, heat at 30%, non working side mirror adjusters, one undercarriage support not connected, and a badly needed front end alignment. And they still wanted a total of $5500.00. These things were noticed a day after I drove it home. They're all fixable.

The service was done in a timely manner. Quality of work was present since there were no grease or smudge mark in or around. My only problem was that they begged for a good review when I picked up my vehicle and called a couple of times to see if I had completed the review.

I HAVE A 2025 SANTA CRUZ THAT HAS LOST PART OF THE TRIM ON THE TOP OF THE CAB.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THE SAME STRIP HAS APPARENTLY JUST BLOWN OFF.WHEN I WENT TO HAVE THEM ORDER YET ANOTHER ONE IT TOOK AN ACT OF CONGRESS .I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALL NOR WILL THEY ANSWER VOICE MAIL TO LET ME KNOW IF THE PART IS IN.THIS WILL EVENTUALLY BE A RECALL PROBLEM IF ITS NOT ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!

Was charged for a service that I did not ask for. I politely told the tech no and was still charged 300 dollars. Gave my review and received a call from Matt Bowers Hyundai to go over matter. Gentleman was supposed to give me a call back to resolve matter and never received a call. Not satisfied at all. Was charged for a service that I said no too.

Kim was great. She was helpful, knowledgeable, personable, professional. She was very helpful when we realized my car would be there much longer than expected and helped with a loner car as I had appointments that I needed to attend. The cost was way more than I expected. Kim was helpful with that also.

They never have the filters for my car even though I purchased it there because it's a Toyota and there a Hyndai also I was under the impression that the oil change service was under 100.00 by the time I checked out it was 165.00 . The staff is nice but the pricing is high for an oil change and tire rotation .

Took over 2 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. Service man said they would also wash the car, never happened! When we purchased the car they said they would wash it at every oil change just another false statement to maybe get you to purchase the car.

The service at Matt Bowers was excellent before my 2024 Elantra they took care of the oil change and the tire rotation at no expense to me due to the 3-year maintenance plan offered by Hyundai and they suggested that I replace my air filters because of the diligence and making sure the vehicles and top shape always please I have been going there for a decade and plan to go over there for the decades to come.

Had oilchange and tire rotation. + presumably inspection In the past I have reviewed a checklist of what was checked I don't know what they did they clearly didn't check the tire pressure which was way off after the service I hope they changed the oil and oil filter?!

My don't what I don't like about Matt Byers the waiting time sitting in the waiting room my past visit I give it a zero service was terrible the time I went to get an order change it shouldn't have taken me hours and then after I waited for hour my car was ready but it wasn't they never put oil in my car so I left the premises without my car being serviced the proper way so I give it a zero

My daughter always gets rude employees. She was getting a routine oil change and tire rotation. When she left the stirring was off and the car was veering to the right. She had to bring the car back the same day to see why this was happening. She could not drive it. The service department fixed the problem.

Great new facility and immediate check in was superb. There were alot of people already there waiting. I was there for my 1st oil change since I bought my vehicle. Their oil dispenser was not functioning properly so that has to be done manually. That caused a little bit of a back up. I didn't mind though. Their waiting area was super fancy with a latte machine.

Took our car in for a factory recall. I also asked them to troubleshoot a problem we were having with iur break lights. It took a few days for the rear wiring harnesses to come in but it was fixed right, and brakes are important.

Vehicle was ready on time, all work done in a timely manner. I did not like that the miles to next oil change reminder on my instrument panel was not reset properly and it's still counting down. I even went back and it still is not working properly.
