I had a sensor problem with my 2024 Ford Ranger and I took it to several Ford Service centers from kingsland Ga to lousiana and no one could tell me the problem however when I took it to Matt Bowers Ford in louisiana they were able to identify the problem and fix it right away I would recommend Matt Bowers Ford to anyone.

I am not happy at all. I just bought my car a month ago and Matt Bowers will not cover my rotors because they say it's been a month but the car was sold to me that way! Then when I got my 1st oil change they did not even rotate the tires. I know this because they sold me the car with a back right tire that has been going low since day 1 and that tire is still in the same place!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I dropped my truck off the night before and was first in line. I made a service schedule appointment on line for 07:30. They supposedly lost my truck due to a wrong VIN # and a computer glitch..... and I did not get my truck till 2pm-ish. Be ware if the Coupon that states Oil Change and Tire Rotation $49.99. It will cost you over $100 once they add in all the fine print service charges. Very Disappointing.

My experience was horrible first there was a up charge on my total cost of service TALKING ABOUT MY CAR TOOK EXTRA OIL. I COMING FOR YEARS AND IT NEVER SAID THAT.
Also NONE OF my fluids was not topped again
PlUS MY WINDSHIELD FLUIDS WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY OR EVEN CHECKED.

Low tire pressure in my car screen. Called Matt Bowers. Was told to just bring car in. Did so that day. Was seen quickly. Problem: nail in "unfixable" place. Tire under warranty, replaced st no charge. Darin handled the warranty confirmation very efficiently. From buying my car in January till niw, I've always received courteous, efficient and professional service. I highly recommend Matt Bowers Ford and the employees.

Massive battery acid leak with severely corroded terminals. They replaced the battery but didn't bother to clean the leaked battery acid which continued to damage the terminals and 12 days later my battery completely died and left me stranded for 6 hours. They "cleaned" the terminals again the day after it died. It died again the next day.

They changed a tire and gave me an oil change. They told me my tires were wearing and it was a close to time for a change. They didn't even bother to add air in the tires where needed. Two days later the light fire low tire pressure was on. When I brought my other car to those oil change places, the wyd is all my maintenance including tire pressure. Isn't this what bringing your vehicle to the dealer is about?

Took over thee weeks to schedule a diagnostic check because my engine light was on. They expected me to let the truck stay with them rather than calling me when my truck came up in the queue. Their communications with me were lacking. The advisor only made up excuses why their service was so slow. (Construction, Covid, shortage of bays) The service department does nothing to advance the name of Ford.
