I was very satisfied with the service I received. I wish the time estimate to complete my tire installation was a little more accurate as I would have gone home and then came back to the dealership in the evening. That being said, I was pleased with the overall experience.

They had my car for a week and did no work on it. They lied to me twice about what was going on. I got the car back, was told most of the work was done (nothing was). While I was driving it, I got a call saying 'The mechanic is working on the last part right now'. This was while I was driving it! They charged me for an oil change even though I have a warranty package.

Tried to charge for a recall . 1400 to be exact, wasn't really helpful, said the car wouldn't be done within a few days because they didn't know what part they needed (but they definitely knew what part they needed) i wasn't the only car there for a recall .

Service at Matt Bower Ford was excellent. Wanda was my first contact on the phone. She was a good listener, helpful, and efficient when scheduling my appointment. Melanie was my Service Rep. She effectively handled all of the Recall issues and kept me informed of the progress.

They did not change the recall part. They were too busy trying to up sale me on getting a new car or new transmission. I was told the recall part was in good condition but I need a new transmission even though the recall part is dealing with the transmission. I should have known better.

When i picked my car up, I made it 4 blocks before it died and did the same thing I had it towed to the dealership for. I sat 1 1/2 hours waiting on another tow truck to take me back to the dealership. The shop foreman fixed my car. I can't recommend the initial technician though.

Had to bring my car in for a recall.Setting up a time to do so was painful with ford.The next time I opened the hood the hoodlatch was broken called manager told me they could not do anything. Sad thing is he did not even look at it to make a honest assessment.
