Buck, at Maita Subaru, found so many LIGHTS that were out or had been disconnected! Obviously, he had his Team fix everything! I had no idea my fog lights weren't working! Along with regular service, Buck said it was time for new tires, which I'll be replacing before any long trips.

My Subaru indicated low tire pressure once I turned on engine. I drove straight to Maita Subaru that I have complete trust. The mechanic found there was a screw on left front tire and patched it. The service personnel updated on what the mechanic found and their estimated price. I'm glad I didn't need to buy a new tire. Thank you Maita Subaru for your customer service.

Didn't like the music playing in the waiting area. I found it quite annoying. After my next appointment in June, I may look elsewhere for service. The service was great but having to listen to annoying music for an hour or more while waiting is very unpleasant.

Recently went from the "Service Package" we bought the one the dealer included in the deal. We're finding that the dealer package includes much less than the one we bought. I thought they were identical.

Very thorough and professional service. Everything was explained well, and the requested service was completed. Special care was provided when testing my battery, and this resulted in Maita installing a new battery under the warranty. Shane was very cordial and updated me regularly on the progress with my vehicle.
