My service experience with Maita Subaru was excellent. I liked that they conducted a thorough inspection and rotated my tires in a very timely manner. It's always nice to get the complimentary car wash as well. My service representative was very professional and sent me a video of the inspected filters. I trust Maita Subaru to take care of my 2015 Forester.

I can trust Maita Subaru dealer. 60,000 mileage maintenance was recommended, but I replaced spark plugs in 2023. So I did regular maintenance with oil change and tire rotation. Multipoint inspection found break pad was yellow line. So I replaced brake pad. The personnel was friendly and courteous.

The service technician was a terrible communicator! I made my appointment with the focus on the tire sensor light being on. After 2 hours, asked where we are he said . I was hoing to tell you.. all 4 need to be changed. Asked how long.. not sure, waiting on parts . Waiting on price another 2 hours. I will not be back.

The service person on the phone had all my information wrong! He said I had a 2023 Forrester, which I do not have. Neither does my wife. She said I had not been in for a service for over 12 months. That was wrong as well!. I don't understand why my records are inaccurate. The reason I gave three stars was because the service writer was pretty accurate and gave me a slight discount on the Labor.

Frustration that someone screwed up the install of ALL 4 TIRES! That being said they did fix it once it was pointed out which took some doing ahem ahem. But would have been nice if someone acknowledged the mistake and offered a discount or oil change or something. We've been extremely loyal customers with both cars always going through your service

I like the quick and prompt service that were provided but I don't like how they left the front and back windshields with water spots all over. I always keep my car spotless and every time I bring my car for service here, it always happens. I have been bringing my car here for maintenance since I bought it new in Jan 2021.

The tech did not fill the oil. So oil light came on on my drive home. 2 techs came to my house and had to add 2 1/2 qts of oil. Frustrating. Also, it's my understanding that techs always check tire pressure at each visit. I had a low tire when I took the car in. Tire was still low after the visit. I don't trust you service dept any longer and will not buy my next car there.

The customer service in the Service Department is great! Bert, in particular is friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and spacious. The service has been efficient and timely on each of my visits. I appreciate the ease of the whole service experience at Maita Subaru.

The service was easy. There was a small issue with a part that broke, but they gave us a loaner to use while they got the part and fixed it - No Charge. As a result, we fell in love with the loaner and ended up buying a new Forester and trading in the old one.

The service advisor was cordial. The service was very expensive, over $1000 for routine maintenance . The windshield washer wouldn't spray and they wanted over $300 to fix it and wouldn't give any kind of price break despite already spending over $1000. The work took longer than promised.

Jan in customer service was very friendly and helpful. Easy to work with. She also helped me get things out of the car when it was apparent I needed to leave the car overnight. Also the young guy who checked me out on a loaner car was helpful and efficient. And the loaner car was good to drive.

I love my Subaru and Maita Subaru. My car is 7.5 years old but mileage is 44,942. So I wasn't sure what service I needed. So I requested to do oil change, multi inspection, and tires. I was told that my car is in excellent condition but it's time to replace tires. I requested to do it. The tires came with warranty and free tire rotations for 2 years. Staff is professional and courteous.

Addison, the service advisor, was very helpful and efficient. However, he told me the software issues of radio not playing and screen not recognizing my phone connection could not be fixed. Today, the radio had no sound and my phone was not recognized on the screen. I need a solution to this problem. Can someone please assist with this issue?

I was leaving on vacation the day after I took the car in and they didn't have the part so I was told they would fix the car and then store it at no charge , which was fine with me . But when I got home and called to see if it was ready they initially could not find a record that they had it ! They eventually found it and it had been repaired

It was great. All points of concern were fixed, I saved money, and the Service Representatives, Dan and Jordan, both were patient, thorough and friendly. Dan checked my car and me in fine, and Jordan finished up with the billing at the end. The waiting area provided work space for my laptop, and all needs were met comfortably.

Overall ALWAYS good experience, BUT making an appointment when scheduler don't know prices on routine maintenance is difficult. Service scheduler should have a simple cheat sheet to quote general pricing. Bounced back & forth to parts, back to grouchy-ass receptionist to service scheduler to advisor to get simple estimate on routine service

My service rep, Bertwas exceptional in his means of completing work needed. He was very kind, explanatory, no pressure, but explained the importance of having my job done by the company shop vs me doing it myself. He even texted me a picture of work when completed in the shop. Bert is a true asset to your service dept.

Nothing to dislike, all went well, quickly and efficiently. In and out within 1.5 hours. Nice waiting area inside with free coffee and water. We wish we had used Maita for our previous Subaru purchase. These folks are great - reliable, friendly, hospitable, professional and they know their product!
