Worst experience ever. They scheduled a service appointment, then when I arrived they stated they wouldn't have time to work on the vehicle. In my opinion why take the appointment. And if they knew they wouldn't be busy they should call and reschedule instead of wasting time and arriving for the appointment. And when you tell management they choose to argue with you instead of being helpful. Never would I recommend or return back to Madera Toyota.
