I wasn't there to see what was done to my car, only know by say of the representative that I spoke to. The lady that drives the shuttle wasn't very helpful. She refused to give me a ride down the street because I had to wait until 10 am and it was only 9:55 , but along came another individual at 10:15 and she gave him a ride. Very unprofessional on her part for the customer's need.

I took my car in on a Thursday for a diagnostic code check. On Friday they said it would be done on Saturday. On Saturday they told me it would be done on Monday. There was a huge lack of communication. On Monday no one returned my calls or texts so I just picked it up.

They told me to leave the car there and they will call me when it s done. I brought the car @7:40 am. I was the first customer. They called me @ past 12 pm. It wasnt ready because they need the filter and it wont be ready by 3:00 pm. I got a call back and it s ready. Its after 4:00 pm.

The new gas pump (recall) had a higher psi and caused a small pin hole gas leak on a gas line next to the tank. I did a small patch job so I could take it back to them so the car would not blow up from the gas dripping on the muffler. I was told they could not do anything for me and that their hands were tied.

How was it, well leet me tell u. I took it in for an issue and when I got in it did another thing as well, well come to find out both problems were from,the same thing, well instead of saying oh it was all from the same issue so we will only charge u for,that, no she charge for two diagnoses. Believe me this is not the first time it has happened. I do not trust them at all.

Came to the dealer to get the truck checked and the waiting time was moderate. Helpful staff and serviced my truck quickly. They said it was one of the best condition trucks they have had in that dealer based on my trucks make year and that it was like it just came out from the show floor.
