Vehicle was not in the condition they described and the pricing was completely different from what they advertised. Soon as me & my wife decided to skip on the deal they miraculously took 4k off the price. The vehicle drove really rough and has lots of cosmetic issues, total red flag!!! A week after I purchased the Buick Encore 2026, three warning lights came on the dashboard, the car started shaking, and it began pulling to one side. I called that same Sunday and also sent text messages to the salesperson, Carlos Valino. He responded saying he was out of the office, but when I spoke with the receptionist, she told me he was with a client.
He told me I needed to go to the service department. I replied that I needed to speak with a manager. He said, "You can talk to them, but they're just going to send you to service."
On Monday, I went in and sat down with Julio Fernandez. After discussing the situation, I told him I needed a flat cancellation. He said no, because the bank already had the deal. He told me that after three times, I could apply under the Lemon Law.
I told him I would file a complaint with the BBB National Program, and he said I could do that but that there was nothing he could do.
