The dealership contacted me and we quickly scheduled a visit. They were attentive as a dealership should be. I really liked the 2017 Buick Encore Premium. It was in very nice shape except I found the rear bumper had a large crack in it as if had been rear ended. The crack was about a foot wide along the top of the bumper cover and opened enough that you could put your finger through it if you tried (I did not). It had a clean, accident-free CARFAX, which the dealership touted, but it was pretty clear that it had been rear-ended. Despite this, they would not negotiate on the price of the car as they said they advertise their rock bottom price on the internet to attract potential buyers. Fair enough. I then asked for a reduction on the exorbitant $899 Dealer Fee but that was a no-go. I did not buy the car. In the end, however, I returned the following day and purchased a brand new 2019 Buick Encore (not a Premium model) because the large factory incentives made the deal hard to pass up. I was not able to get any reduction in the dealer fee for the 2019 Encore we ultimately bought, but the factory incentive was large enough that I decided to let it go and enjoy our new Encore. So, ultiimately, Lorenzo Buick GMC was an okay dealership. No better or worse than most other car dealerships I've delt with. In the future, If they had a car I was interested in purchasing, I would not have a problem returning to them.

I flew from Springfield Illinois to Miami to Lorenzo dealership. They assured me that this car was immaculate condition. They showed me pictures, I told them how picky I was, they assured me this car was in perfect condition. They were to pick me up at airport. I took a cab, they were busy. The car was dirty, had rust on the trunk lid, 3 door hits, drivers power seat did not work, dul-climate control did not work, drivers mirror was distorted so could not use. They never told me these things. I took a cab back to air port, rented a car and drove 20 hrs to get home. 1,100.00 dollars later, and 2 existing days later. I dont know how they stay in business.
