Oil drain plug was loose and Coolant reservoir was dry. paperwork was marked for low coolant but was not verbally told. They don't add coolant when it is low.

There were a few things I wasn't happy about. They charged me shipping to get a part covered under warranty and they only covered $20 per day for a rental car. However, the service from Chris was excellent.

Problems as I drove in to town from home made truck dangerous to drive. Unfortunately repairs could not be done for 4 days as shop was too busy. Problem was fixed and all seems ok during drive home. Aside from the wait I am pleased with the service.
