So many things have went wrong here over the last 3 years while working with this dealer. They are very unhonest and continuously gave my car back to me with an additional problem after every visit and did not want to take responsibility for their faults.

Good service dept. took a long time to get in schedule because I believe management is not treating their employees properly as far as wages etc. Billings is a small city and word gets around town. I have purchase many vehicles there in the past but have reservations about it for the future. My issues were warranty so I was stuck.

Justin was excellent at keeping us informed as to service work on my dodge 2022. All issues were resolved except ones that can wait until later, per Justin. The only suggestion I have is when people come in and have their wiper blades replaced, as a courtesy, the windows should be washed. When i first bought my Dodge and brought it in, the windows were washed and the fluid checked and topped off it needed.

Absolutely horrible. I checked my truck in for a taillight issue about 9:15. Stayed there all day. Got the truck back about 4:30 and was told the issue was not fixed. Hours went by between a request on updates on the truck and a response. I am extremely unhappy.

I was extremely happy with the staff. All were very friendly and professional. Chris W in particular was very professional. Great communication from him on repairs and what would be covered. I honestly didn't know i still had a warranty for most of the repairs. So having him checking and letting me know was a HUGE plus!! Saved me over $2000.00!!!! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!
And some A/C for him in the summer! ;)

It took months to get my vehicle in for repairs! Parts needed to be ordered and I was advised I would be called to set an appointment when parts arrived. I never received a call and when I called I was advised that they did not know if parts were available. I was able to finally get an appointment and get my vehicle repaired. Customer service was not good!
