They were late and nobody informed me about it. My appointment was 11:30 and I arrived at 11:07. I checked in only after asking around what to do as there are no signs posted where to park or whom to contact. I let technician know, that I will wait for my car. At 1 PM I went to ask how much longer I should expect only to find out that they even did not start working on my car. When I was making appointment i asked how much time it would take and I was told 1,5 hr.
