I have a 2024 F150 Platinum series power boost hybrid truck with 11,000 miles and it broke down while traveling thru Denver. Service department would not answer phone calls or even return calls when i was able to get through. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks until I finally had it shipped to my local dealership in a different state to finish the service work. This is not what you would expect from a high profile company.

Communication was bad. They did not resolve 2 of the issues I mentioned nor did they even respond that those issues were not being resolved. Also they had my truck for over a week. Although they setup the appointment they did not have someone to look at it for a few day.

Took my car in for an oil change that expanded into nearly $2000 of service being done. Feels like it was pricier than it should have been. They seemed like they were slammed so they did the best they could. Nice amenities. Also, no Ford place has ever brought up my points and how to use them. That would be nice.

The service was over booked for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there the knowledgeable crew told me about a test Ford wanted done on the water pump. It faild the test it took 2 days. They providied me a lift home and back to pick up my car, and saved me from a posable break down on the road. All I had to pay for was the oil change and tire rotation. Im happy they know there stuff.

Could not have gone better!! I was waiting to get checked in for my appointment, and the Service Manager walked over and assisted me. They also found a nail in one of my tires. They repaired it and used a coupon to reduce the cost. GREAT experience all the way around!!

I was able to use the mobile service and the technician was very professional and efficient. Was able to get the work done in an hour. I didn't even need to leave my house which is good because I just had surgery. I would highly recommend Larry H Miller, Ford .

Communication failure - truck was ready but no one called to let me know and I was trying to leave town to get my animals home from National Western Stock Show. When I got in the truck the wires from behind the dashboard were hanging down into the brake and gas pedal. A little disappointing experience because i know people from Larry H. Miller Ford would not want to be treated like this and probably are capable of better service.

the complimentary pick up and drop off service was so, so helpful and convenient as well as quick on turnaround (same day or day before!) they were great with communication and had my vehicle completed so much faster than my prior dealership which was a nightmare (Phil Long Ford of Denver is horrible, avoid at all costs as a battery check took 3 weeks)

I work in Denver and I left work and my truck had been experiencing shut down issues. Not the first time but this day I was lucky to make it to Larry H Miller after 4 pm in hopes I could get emergency help. Luckily the technician checked codes and it was the Throttle body assembly. Without this fixed Id be stuck.! The were very helpful and had the part and fixed it on the spot! Amazing service!

I was there at 8:37 and they told me 3 hour's I had no way home they didn't even ask if I would like a Uber home. They didn't ask me until I started getting upset because still at 12:30 my car wasn't ready I didn't get out of the until 2:00 that day
I told them that I had diabetes and didn't bring medicine or food because I didn't think I was going to be there all day and I also told them I would NEVER go back there again.

They took the ENTIRE DAY to just change my oil, rotate my tires, and run a diagnostic on my engine issue (literally just needed to plug it in and tell me if any codes popped up). I had an appointment for 7:15 am and did not get my truck back until 3pm. Why even make an appointment if they don't work on the vehicle at that time???

The only negative is I had to wait two months for an appointment. The day of my appointment, I dropped off my car for my 9 am appointment, as scheduled. I was told it would be 2-3 hours to perform the work. They called in 2 1/2 hours to let me know it was done. Everyone in the service department was polite and very efficient.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall notice the afternoon prior to my appointment. It was an early morning appointment and wanted it there on time. I dropped it off and went home. Within 2 hours I got a call my vehicle was done and could be picked up!!! The same day I dropped it off!! Prior to my next day appointment!! What a wonderful experience. Service was decent but the wait time was quite long. This seems to be due to short staffing issues which is understandable in this market. I waited 3 hours for an oil change only and I had an appointment. Overall seems like a decent dealer, just need more service techs. Id go back but would probably not wait at the dealer next time.

Worked with Blaine - super excellent person. Had emergent concern with Ford F-150 1 day before planned trip. He got me in to eval and determined I could travel - so trip not ruined. Then got me in to fix when I got back and took care of problem perfectly. Unbelievably remarkably great service. I have Audi cars as well and don't get as good service from them ! Thanks

Technician left tools in vehicle. And failed Re attach fuse panel.
Tech Replaced camera in tailgate and then tailgate wouldn't open. I took the panel off tailgate and found they didn't reattach the bar to the handle. I had to fix myself.
Left message for service manager and received no return call.

Asked them to check for an oil leak. They said they did and it wasn't leaking oil. Went out side and there were oil drop on the concrete already + the entire bottom of truck was dripping in oil. The invoice states the area was cleaned and checked. It was obvious they didn't do that.

It was ok, I called the night before to see if I needed an appt to have my tire looked at, it was loosing air. They said just bring it in. I told them we were traveling and my husband was disabled. They found a large object in tire and said it could not be repaired and they did not have replacement. They had me call all over town looking for a tire. Would've been good if they could've found me the tire!!
