Overall, the service was great. The car had a problem that was challenging to diagnose and fix but Daniel and the team kept at it to figure it out and solve it. It took 2 weeks, and I had to check in and ask for updates, but the car is driving well now. I appreciate the effort they took to solve the problem.

Extremely poor communication and issues not resolved. Tried charging $239 to diagnose what turned out to be Child-lock button being pushed in error. Would not advise status of car and held car for four days without completing two recalls. absolute waste of time!

Had an appointment for 8am, line was packed and didn't even get checked in unitl 830am. Then advisor stated that they could not find my appointment and suggested to reschedule, but I showed my confirmation email. The work should have taken 1.5hrs, but had to keep the car there for most of the day to get it completed. My whole day was ruined, as I had other errands to run and appointment to make due to the huge delay.

I didn't get any service on 8/25.. I sent a txt message to my service advisor asking for an update on my driver side door recall which has needed to be repeated 3 times since Dec 2024, and didn't even receive a response when I asked for an update after 7 weeks after this 3rd attempt at ordering a new door.

I'm so relieved the service centers incompetence prevented them from even getting to my car before I realized the department was a clown car operation. At drop off the yahoo playing the intake role was promises. The tech assigned was trained in unresponsiveness. Given the technical complexity of my issue, diagnosed and resolved by another provider, I am grateful to have experienced the incompetence at the administrative level.

I love that one service technician is assigned to you but if they are busy then someone else will step in to help. They seem to quickly work through the work that needs to be done and provide you with estimates of when the work will be done. I was pleased with the recall work that was done. Thanks!

Waited too long for an oil change. Went in for an oil change, was told it would take 90min and waited for 2+ hours only for them to say they hadn't even started yet. Previous experience was no better, they picked up my truck for an oil change and it took them over 5 days to even get it in. Can never get anyone on the phone. I will not be returning to this service department.
