After further review, you came in as a wait appointment with a check engine light, oil change/tire rotate and an electric issue with your radio. We performed the service, fixed the SD card issue, and diagnosed the check engine light. Unfortunately, we cannot stock every part that GM produces. We are pleased we were able to turn it around so quickly for you. We pride ourselves on customer service and will always do the very best for our customers. Thank you for your continued business. Inspection, oil change and tire rotation were completed after second visit. First scheduled appointment was canceled when I arrived due to Sate inspection equipment not working. Also software issue with tire sensors not corrected from previous visit.

Was given a tire rotation that was not in compliance with my powered manual if at all, when I pointed it out I was told I was wrong, had an alignment done which was not needed

Hi Mr. Liff, Although your manual shows the instruction for the tire rotation, it was confirmed with our rep from NTW (National Tire Wholesaler), that tire rotations can be performed 3 different way's and all will yield the same result. I think this was a situation where both you and King O'Rourke were correct. Nonetheless, and in effort to show our commitment to customer satisfaction, we provided you a refund for the service performed. Hope this brings some clarity to the situation and look forward to seeing you back at King O Orourke in the future.

My 2023 CT5 with 3,000 miles on it had engine trouble. It took 10 days to order a part and fix it and they wouldn't pay for a rental car. There were no loaner cars available for me.
