Had an issue with losing air from one of my tires, no leak from a nail or hole. The tire pressure monitor system was working properly. Marissa, the service advisor, had the tire resealed around the bead and replaced the tire valve. This took care of the problem. Marissa is a strong asset to King O'Rourke.

For me, King O'Rourke Cadilac begins with Rose, the Service Manager, who is always upbeat and listens so that acurate information is relayed to the heart of the service department, Dan the mechanic. I never have to bring the vehicles back for a second attempt at a problem and along with them operating better, my cars always look better than when I brought them in.

Brought my truck in for a state inspection and a oil change. I had a appointment for 7:30 am. They took the truck right in and took 2 hours for the job. I just felt that it took alittle to long. Other then that I am very satisfied with the service. The service writer was very friendly and helpful.

Negotiations were smooth and fast, but the car was dirty upon delivery. Wheels swapped to different ones from the window sticker. Accessories didn't match window sticker. Delivery wasn't smooth at all. The car also needed an alignment immediately after as well as having all of it's diagnostics checked due to ALL SAFETY FUNCTIONS not working.

Two wait rooms. There is one with TV. The other quiet, until the sales team showed up and started talking LOUDLY, talking about the (profanity cannot be written in this message) customers. Every other word is a curse. The whole sales team was listening and not one stopped him. I can't write the real review because I can't write the swearing words I heard for an hour.

However, once they got my money, their attitude completely changed cold and unhelpful like iron. I was extremely disappointed with how unprofessional they turned out to be after the sale. The service technician met me immediately as I arrived at the service drop off location and started the registration process and escorted me into the service desk area. After being checked in and he asked if I found any issues with my vehicle, he then showed me the waiting area and informed me that there was coffee and bagels available while I waited. After about two hours me vehicle was finished and I was on my way home.

They did a really good job. Even filled up my windshield washer fluid, free of charge. The service advisor was quite nice and courteous. They tried to address an issue with the Qi-charger for cell phones in my vehicle, but the part is on back-order. My biggest complaint, in general, which is not the dealership's fault, is that parts for my car always seem to be on backorder.

After having issues with my truck the service rep told me it needed wires plugs air filter. After changing that wasn't the issue sold they decided it was probably a motor mount after that was changed by them it still wasn't fixed. They were clueless at my expense. GMC and King O' Rourke knows that the Denali 1500 has issues but they do not inform you that when selling it. Shameful

Mr. Gentile, Your engine was replaced 6/6/23. Unfortunately, that does not reset your powertrain warranty. The vehicle ran into issues almost two years later with lifters that we happily warrantied for you and paid a portion of the repair so you would not have to. We did find your vehicle also needed a motor mount and paid for that as well. We have spent countless time trying to facilitate the factory paying for your new engine, but the factory declined to participate. We went above and beyond, way more than the factory did to try and help solve your issues. It's always our goal for our customers to leave Completely Satisfied.

It's never fun waiting for your car. But was done at a reasonable amount of time. I don't like the fact that when you make an appointment, it only matters to them as far as what time you arrive. It doesn't mean your vehicle is going to be serviced at that time. So they get to it when they can.
