Made us pay for a warranty we told them we did NOT want, still waiting for the issue to be resolved, held our car all day waiting for it to be detailed (which it had not been for 10 days after being posted), finally got the truck and it's still dirty, took it home anyways as that was our second full day at the dealership due to lack of good scheduling on their part. Not a good time, would NOT recommend.

I apologize for your wait at the dealership. We could've done a better job communicating that a detail takes several hours. When we get a used car in on trade it can take us several days to get it through the service inspection and then detail. Especially when our Service Department is busy with customers as well. We do our best to get them through in 72 hours but sometimes that isn't possible. I don't know the exact reason why the Ram wasn't cleaned after 10 days since it's been a month since your purchase. We 'post' our cars the day we get them so that customers can see the preliminary pictures. Once we get it detailed we take 360 view videos and 54 picures. It's a process. We present warranty options, GAP, Tire and wheel protection, key replacement, etc. We can't and don't force people to buy these products. It's an option and a low pressure presentation. Warranties are cancelable if you decide you don't want it and a prorated refund will go back to you or your lender. Thank you for your feedback. We know we aren't perfect but we strive for Perfection hoping to hit Excellence. Feedback good or bad is always taken seriously and we will meet to discuss how to learn from your review as well as the many others we receive. Chris

The KIA service never answers their phone. It took me a good 2 months to get ahold of someone. Then, I stood in line for ten minutes while waiting on the person to ask my name and such. Another customer said 'an oil change could be three hours'.i have 2 more updates, but im thinking about changing stores. And I think someone knocked something loose, because now I have an 'check engine' light that comes on from time to time.

The service personnel took good care of us. Service was done in timely manner. Vehicle was clean when returned. Only things I don't like is the seats in waiting area are uncomfortable. Would be nice to have better seating. And would be nice to have TV on the TV and not just commercials.

The time it took to get my car done was long when I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment, however I sat an hour before they took my car in. Had to come back for recall and spent another 2 1/2 hours there and they still didn't hear or fix the noise coming from the car. Have to recommend, no other shop close. I had to grab the guy and have him get in the car with me. Still not fixed.
