Shuttle service to & fro dealership to a nearby location since time needed of vehicle was over 2 hours. Alone in driving there so no way to get around. Also, fixed seatbelt release and recoil on driver seatbelt - no charge & offered full tank of fuel since I have to revisit as recall will take 4-4 1/2 hours projected. Washed & dried car for inconvenience. Appreciate the little things that add up over time & separate "going above & beyond" attitude toward service customer whether vehicle was purchased at their dealership or not. THAT MATTERS!
