The recall work, if performed, was completed on time. We asked that our windshield wiper fluid tank be checked for leaks. They said they couldn't find any leaks in the system. The tank was empty the day after we brought it home. Doesn't seem like they looked hard enough

I dropped my truck off, they did the recall fix, recommended an oil change, which I had been putting off and a battery replacement (the battery was the original 2015 O E M) I authorized the work. They sent a driver to pick me up. I will just have to see if the new battery will last like the original.

It was on-time in accordance with the appointment, the service was done in the time estimated and the people were great. It was a Friday before the holiday just before lunch and the office was down some people. Not an easy task to stay on schedule and handle all the folks. Logan did a great job as did the others in the office and in the shop.

Very professional, had several issues to be addressed and they found one dditioqnl issue. I was getting my truck repaired and several preventative maintenance issue to be done before we headed out pulling our RV to Alaska and back. Baiscally 11,000 miles RV over 2 months.

They are not honest. Told me that I had bent wheels and that they gave me a free alignment along with my purchase of new tires. They can not align wheels that are bent. There was no mention of how the bent wheels could mess up the bearings or of how dangerous it is to drive a car with bent wheels.

I had an appointment for 8 AM on Tuesday. On Thursday morning, they started working on it. The Monitor was not working. They said that it would cost $2,000.00 to repair. I took it to another repair shop and had it repaired for $150.00. It did not need a module replacement. I was very disappointed in the work at your shop.

Although I got that fixed buy another mechanic, I had to call to my house pretty sure. The damage was already done as of today. My car still sits in my yard.
