Salesman added $3500 service maintance contract to worksheet, telling me they add it to all of Vehicles. Then went on to tell me the truck he was
offering was a better choice because the options I am interested in were bad choices. I am looking for the 3.5 V6 and most Lariats have sunroofs. The salesman told me his father works on at least three 3.5 V6 a week replacing timing chains, of course the truck he was selling had a 5.0 V8. He then went on to tell me I was lucky the truck he was offering me did not have a sunroof because they leak. I found the salesman to be condescending and insulting. The sad part is I liked the truck and may have bought it but after my experience with salesman I walk out of dealership and would not recommend or for that matter ever return to dealership.
