We were traveling from out of state and feel they should have made us a priority. Our check engine light was on and per our convo with them we took our truck in Monday afternoon. They told us to bring it back Wednesday and they finally ordered a part on Friday. The part didn't arrive until Monday afternoon and we finally got our truck back on Tuesday. We incurred additional travel expenses plus the stress of not knowing if this part would even fix our truck. I feel out of state travelers should be a priority.

The owner Ryan Junek called after I pointed out the damages inflicted to the Jeep (which, of course, should not have occurred) during previous work on the vehicle while at Juneks, and he offered to retrieve my Jeep to fix the damages and give me a loaner vehicle, all at no cost to me. After scheduling this work the damages were repaired on time at no cost to me. Service Manager Richard Holso was pleasant and handled the situation very well.

Service done to repair leaking heater core dripping anti-freeze inside Jeep on 2/26 & 27/25. First the good part. a) The leak seems to have been fixed. b) The work was completed within the two day time estimate. c) I was given a cost estimate in advance of $2,700. d) Both service managers were polite and answered all my questions reasonably well.
