I had a new Honda battery installed in my 2017 Accord. I looked at the invoice and i noticed they were trying to charge me for $20.00 shop supplies in addition to the battery cost and labor charge. I was not happy with this. I talked to the supervisor and told him that was not right for them to charge me for shop supplies as none was used. I told him old battery out, new battery in. He didn't want to do anything about it but i insisted and he subtracted $9.00 from shop supplies. I insisted he subtract the $20.00 entirely. He finally took off $7.00 more leaving me still paying a partial shop supplies of around $4.00. I got tired of going around and around with him so i paid the bill and left. I am not happy with this and told them so. It may affect things i may have done with the car in the near future with you.

We scheduled our service for first thing in the morning. Once inside Craig inquired if we needed any other services other than our oil change. He suggested we do a rear differential service as well since we were going on a long road trip and our 2017 Pilot had 149k miles. He also suggested the oil 4pk service, where we pay up front for our next 3 oil changes. Johnson City Honda has always been professional and infromative as to what needs to be done to your vehicle. Whether it has been Craig, Lisa, or Jonathan at the service bay counter we were always greeting with a smile and professionalism. Keep up the great work!! I would highly recommend them to anyone for their Honda vehicles.
