This was my first time at your Honda dealership. Lisa was my service advisor and did a great job informing me of what was being done. The jobs performed were well done. My only complaint would be how long it took. I was told 3- 3 1/2 hours and was there 5 hours. But this was a good experience.

The initial customer service representative was great. However, the service was not completed as marked on the service report which prompted a call into service. The representative answering did not seem to understand the implication. It was a simple thing, do not provide fake service. It calls every check mark on the service report into question.
