Service advisor knows our vehicle better than anyone ! Lisa was easy to work with and helped suggest best options for our CRV. The dealership helps on discounts that make such a large difference. They have the little items such as touch up paint that keep our appearance sharp and a great place to spend time as all is taken care of!

Fast, efficient, and super pleased with the ease of getting my car serviced. Service department in Johnson City is so much better than Asheville. I did not appreciate my service department rep telling me to give him a good review, because if it's not perfect "it's bad," and that he "knows I'll do right by him." That was extremely off-putting.

Our 2017 Honda Pilot needed a transmission replaced. They kept us up to date as the progress of the repair and made sure our extended warranty got everything they needed to approve the repair. It was done very fast and professionally. I high recommend them , and Lisa is the best service advisor I have encountered.

I like that it didn't take hours to get the job done. Before, I was always kept waiting for no good reason. I wasn't planning on returning there, but I had a coupon. The service man did an excellent job of explaining everything to me and listening to my concerns regarding past experiences. Since I was treated with dignity and respect I will probably return for services to my vehicle.
