Had a problem with my truck being hard to start. I took it in for a check, and they replaced the fuel pump and recalculated a sensor, which fixed my issue. The truck fuel system was still under warranty, and it didn't cost me anything for the fix. I also took advantage of the tire sale and got four new tires at a gret price. Thank You John Roberts Toyota.

They got my car in quick and they told me exactly what needed done. I had my appointment for an oil change and my tires rotated and they found that my cabin air filter was in need of changing and didn't do anything without my approval. It was quick and I was out in no time. The people I dealt with were very helpful and professional.

Super nice folks there. Service was completed quickly my only wish is like other Toyota dealerships they would offer a vacuum and wash with service. I've had my previous Toyota serviced at another dealership that offered free vacuum and car wash, it was nice to know your car was top notch when you left. Otherwise, John Roberts Toyota Manchester is clean, friendly, and efficient.

Every thing was good but i was told that my engine filter needed to be replaced and cabin filter.But when i changed them they both's was clean didn't look like that they needed to be changed.Also was give a rebate for the tires but the rebate was not for the tires that we bought.

Fast, friendly service. I like the fact that I can schedule all my maintenance appointments online thru the Toyota app and pay online as well. The dealership sends me text when the service is completed or if they think something needs to be done they will ask if I want that done as well. Very easy. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with my service experience. Steve explained all that was done and what will need to be done in the future. I love my Toyota RAV and it is very dependable and requires little maintenance. It has 100,000 miles on it and still runs like it did 7 years ago when I bought it.

Everyone was real nice and the service was good.
One thing -- service needs to offer alternatives to replacing all tire sensors at one time. I understand they cannot tell which one is bad; however, there needs to be another alternative than spending ~ $1,000 to get the problem fixed.

Service staff is helpful and courteous. Service is completed efficiently. I usually wait while routine servicing is completed, and waiting area is clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Family members from out of town have also used John Roberts for emergency repairs and the staff is always helpful in fitting them in.

It was terrible. My car smelled like fuel on the inside for days. They towed it back to their shop to see if there was an error in replacing the fuel pump to cause the smell. My air conditioner makes a terrible noise and they insisted it was a normal noise.

Customer service is non-existent. Took 3 hours for an oil change (with an appointment) and they put 43 miles on my truck when I took it in for a new battery. I've driven new Toyotas all my life. This truck is the best but John Roberts is the worst dealer ever!
