As usual the service department at Roberts was excellent. We always receive great service and they communicate with us in an informative and professional manner. They explained my problem and what the options were to take care of it. Then they fixed the issue and explained what they had done in a clear and concise manner.

Service techs were great. Can't say too much about the customer service. I literally stood in the middle of the service area asking any of the 6 people standing around looking at their phones, "can anybody help me"? And I said it above normal range. Nothing worse than being ignored after going through parts and scheduling. Give the techs a hand and service thumbs down.

I purchased a new set of tires after talking with the parts department and getting a recommendation and quote. He was very helpful and scheduled the installation. I was very pleased with the service. The tires were installed in a timely manner and they look and ride great!

Scheduling is super easy online. The service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is furnished with good work spaces as well as a comfortable tv viewing section. My car only needed routine servicing and I was out in under an hour.

The maintenance department staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. I never feel pressured to add on servicing my car really doesn't need. My car is at 120,000 miles+ and drives like new.
