Roger Haseley always takes such great care. This time we dropped car for oil change and they took us to the airport to go out of town, the dropped the car off at the airport for our return. Amazing service!! Only bad thing was they put it in short term lot so savings on parking was negated.

Liked that SUV was taken in immediately! Did not appreciate that I was not told the price of the mirror replacement up front!! Also it took approximately 3 months to get this mirror! Also I was encouraged to take out a warranty for the rims if damaged but now it's seem like this was just a scam!

As always, the techs at Jim Murphy's take great care of our vehicles. The annual inspection went well (no major issues). The oil change and tire rotation keep the car running well. The new cabin filter was needed (can't believe how 'dirty' it gets. See everyone in 6 months!

Jim Murphy Dealership Service Department was terrible with communication, has very little regard for customer service/satisfaction and their service work let to more problems than what was originally the concern. Terrible in almost every way. With fewer dealers around after Covid closures they simply know you have few choices. They don't care and it shows.

Jim Murphy Buick GMC has the BEST service team in Western New York !! You won't find more skilled or friendly service anywhere. Friendly service people - the wait was not long and the waiting room was comfortable. The service that needed to de done to my car was explained well by the service manager Imran and I was given total cost up front so there were no surprises. Very pleased with service and professionalism.

Great job checking me in and getting to work on my vehicle. Oil change, tire rotation and tailgate repair went fine. However, i was having a problem with my console and dashboard display screens and was charged 119.00 to analyze and hopefully correct the problem. My invoice showed that a software update was done, but the issure returned the next day (display screens suddenly changing for no reason), so this problem was not resolved.

Easy check-in, vehicle was taken in almost immediately for service. Simple oil, lube, filter and tire rotation. Took less than one hour to complete and I was on my way. Didn't have to give my name and I was recognized by the service manager, gives one to know their business is appreciated. From sales to service Jim Murphy has it all covered.

I was greeted upon arrival. My car needed standard 30,000 mile service of tire rotation, oil change and because of the start of winter I got wipers replaced too. They directed me to the waiting room. It was completed in just over an hour - quick and simple. It was also left clean.

Annual Inspection, quarterly oil change and tire rotation, alignment, and miscellaneous minor reviews/adjustments. Everything done promptly. So far so good - everything working properly. Of course, everything works properly after the 'techies' finish their work.
