Everyone was friendly and helpful. However, I had to return the next morning for an electrical issue brought on by the intended repair process. They did repair the unintended issue for free, just highly inconvenient to go back and repeat the process.

Pulled up ask for a oil change and tire rotation they got me right in they inspected the brakes and tires found that the cabin filter needed to be replaced so they came and showed me the disgusting filter and asked if I wanted them to replace it and I did top notch repair Ill be back for my next oil change

As always, great service and friendly folks. They have always taken care of our Tuscon even though we drive an hour one way. We have a Hyundai dealer within 15 minutes from us, however, their service prices are way higher and the service is not anywhere near as good as Jim Johnson.

The people are friendly and personable. I wonder, though, if I had not said something about this being the third time I had trouble with the tires, would they have looked to see my repair record and know that the tire that needed to be replaced qualified for road hazard discount.

Service advisors are friendly and talk to you like an adult, but in ways you can understand. I showed up a bit early this time, and they got me in and through right away. Don't get me wrong, there have been times I've had to wait, but I've waited just as long at other service centers and paid more money for the opportunity. Fair prices, friendly and quick service is why I come back to Jim Johnson over and over again.

I have always had a good experience with Jim Johnson's service department. The only complaint I have ever had is waiting on the service to be completed, but that has only happened a few times. The dealership was not transparent; unlike what they say. The car had significant damage and over mileage yet they said it was in excellent condition. When challegened on the rating they just would not talk about it. I would run from this dealership. It is a shame because Jin Johnson is a honest person.

Had car serviced late Friday. Service not as good as usual, wait time was great but tech left same grease finger prints on door panel and didn't say any thing about the corrosion on battery I just found but to be fair it was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon.

I had scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection. The service took better than two hours. I haven't had this problem in the past with Jim Johnson, and it isn't so big of a deal to me. The customer service representative knocked off the cost of the rotation since I was there so long, which made the wait worth it. I always get good service at Jim Johnson, and the time I didn't they made up for it.

We do apologize for not staying in proper contact with you. I can assure you we had many conversations on your behalf with Hyundai to get some warranty coverage on your 2016 Santa Fe approved, that does take some time unfortunately. We have spoken to the advisor and tech about your fuse box cover and had no reason to look at any fuses. However, we do take pride in our quality of work and would be happy to look into that further and will replace it if we have misplaced it for any reason.
