They completed all recall issues and a complementary oil change in about 1 hour just as the service desk person estimated. My only negative observation was that they should clean up any split or loose oil under the hood and around the oil filter area so it does not leak down on the homeowner garage floor.

They were amazing!! Fixed my car right in time for vacation, also while they were fixing it they gave me a brand new 2025 Hyundai Sonata with 353 miles on it to drive until they finished fixing mine!! Overall I had a really great experience and the staff We're all extremely friendly and eager to help.

They checked my cabin air filter and I did not want it changed so they put it back in and shoved leaves up into my fan impeller so I had to remove the filter and clean the fan out this is the second time they have done this

I received a letter saying that Hyundai now had the part available for a recall I had been waiting on for a while. I made an appointment and when I arrived the building was under renovation and I wasn't sure where to go. Finally found a service rep and got checked in. After a 1.5 hour wait they told me they did not have the part needed and that they would call when it came in. Pretty disappointing and wasted time.
