Service Managers or Advisors are really good. I had a battery issue first thing in the morning my truck barely started. I just drove it to the shop and they made room for me to get it in even though they are busy everyday. I really appreciate them.

Paid ahead for service then after I brought the truck in at the scheduled appointment time I was called 2 hours later telling me that they were not going to do the service I had already paid for unless I paid an additional $800! Then when I said I was not going to pay that up charge because I had already paid for the service to be done, they then refused to do the service!

We had to replace a flat tire, it was not repairable. We also got safety check done which was due. The waiting area is very comfortable and we bring our dog with us. He gets spoiled with treats from a staff lady.

Purchased new car 2/28/25. Took in for service as piece of trimming popped off. Upon checking, made it clear that if I had to order the part to let me know as I do not want to wait a a long time as I needed to return to work. Low & behold, the opposite happened! After waiting over 2 HOURS I was told they needed to order a part!!!! Needless to say, I was told the part should be in about 5 days. It's over 5 days, no call yet.

We set up an appointment 1 month in advance for an airbag recall. After checking in we were told the part needed to be ordered. Waste of a morning, waste of our rides morning, and still have not received word on whether or not the part is in. Very disappointing.

Ryan and front service desk always friendly and accommodating. As far as technicians being able to fix - that's a different story.
Opportunity still exists with steering control features on right side going hay wire. My guess is due to inexperience, new car and an electrical problem, it will never be able to be repaired?

1st appt. waited 1.5 hours only to learn that the tech assigned to my truck wasn't even there. 2nd appt. waited another 1.5 hrs Went to pay $270 ($250 for diag..plus an extra unexplained $20 .) and my paperwork had wrong everything...name, lic plate #, vin #, A follow up call and I'm still Karen in their system. Terrible experience all around.

After completing the service of my truck I drove my truck home and the engine light came on. It was after hours so I knew no one would be at the shop so I texted Rick. He got back to me ASAP and I took my truck back the next business day. Come to find out it was a part defect and now my truck runs good as new. I really have to thank Rick for his quick response. He sprung into action and put my mind at ease. You're the best Rick!

Poor communication regarding shuttle service. When I made the appointment I asked about a ride to work but they didn't share what time it started so I was late for a meeting. Then the driver didn't respond to calls for a return ride after the work was completed so I had to find a ride.

The staff are incredibly rude and not helpful. I was trying to get clear on an issue and instead of calmly walking me through what he was seeing, the service rep kept yelling "you're wrong!" And even though they knew/thought a bad speaker could not be replaced (no speaker available) they never asked what we wanted instead (like disconnect the speaker so it stops making that awful noise!) We will not go back to this service center.

They know you're coming in for a recall. They have no parts and have to order them. In the meantime...they want you to spend thousands on needless car repairs. Am I really the only one in all of maui that has a Nissan Frontier? Really? Now I have to come back! Grrrr!

Took over three hours, rushed my oil change and didn't rotate my tires but applied the coupon for it anyways. Tried to tell me they did the multipoint inspection but how can I trust that it was done when everything was rushed into a twenty minute job. Worst experience I had in a long time!

Went to the lot and when the salesperson went to get the keys was told, oh we just sold that car. 2nd attempt found a great car but discovered major rust damage (actual holes in the body) was told, you can get some Rustoleum paint. 3rd attempt car was oxidized, upholstery was trashed and battery was dead. I can see why they were flexible on price

At first the told me there was no leak in my tire which I knew was incorrect.
Then the found a nail and fixed it.
The gave me my vehicle back only for me. When I got home I discoveredthe repaired tire was under inflated and the cap was missing. Small issue but I expected better!

If I could give no stars, I would. They were deceptive and did not disclose the 7 recalls on the vehicle related specifically to the problem I was having then charged me $225 to get my vehicle back and gave me a quote of $3800 to fix a problem that was under factory recall to be remedied "free of charge." I will never recommend them for sales or service because of dishonest business practices.

Some of their mechanics need better training. I had horrible experience with both recent issues. They broke the alignment tabs on the front consol housing and broke the shifter indicator tab during the shifter cable replacement. Further, they couldn't fix the drivers window to top gap in order to stop rain from coming in even though it was with new rubber weatherstrips. They said car was too old and some things just be expected.
