The service department at Jim Butler Chevrolet was exceptional at this appointment. I hadn't been there for a while because I found another automotive business to do my oil changes that was less expensive. What I was missing was the reminders the dealership did to tell me what maintenance was needed or coming up soon. I had missed six to seven maintenance items because of that. I do believe the importance of maintaining the vehicle to make it last. Bill, my service advisor, was understanding about the oil changes. He went through my records and determined the maintenance I needed. He explained each of them. He even remembered me from my previous visits and made me feel welcome and part of the family. He didn't show any animosity that I had found a less expensive oil change provider. He provided great service. We scheduled my appointment for service. I brought it in and dropped it off before the dealership was open that day and they performed all the service and had it ready when I requested it be ready for me to pick up. I feel they did an excellent job that day. I will be coming back for regular maintenance. Thanks again Bill, great effort and service!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize that your expectations weren't set properly. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our oil changes and tire rotations. Your appointment time is set a side for you to speak with your advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while its in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. Please keep in mind that your oil change service comes with a tire rotation, topping off of fluids and a multi-point vehicle inspection. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times and we hope our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
