After calling and calling and leaving multiple voicemails I was finally able to schedule an oil change (through the sales department). My car was finished for 40 minutes before they came to get me because they forgot that I was waiting. Got home and my car was leaking oil. I called and called and finally got ahold of someone to take my car back in. They damaged something and had to replace it. They are terribly understaffed and theyre rushing and not concerned about customer service.
