I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism! I had two phone conversations with this dealership that started with I have an embarrassing question. One of those conversations was with the service manager even. I was put off, overcharged, ignored and talked to through text in all caps. I would not recommend Jeff Wyler for absolutely anything! I have receipts and documentation to back up everything that I have said. I'm actually filling litigation against this dealership. They lied to BBB and I have the receipts to prove it.

2 hours for an oil change tire rotation and inspection. Then I wait another 20 minutes for the paper and keys. I finally go ask what I need to do to be able to leave. They print the paperwork and give me the keys but they have to walk me to the car and as the person is taking the seat and floor protector out someone closes the garage door which scrapes the front of the car. They look at it and say 2 parts need replaced and one needs repainted. They should be in contact with me probably within a week. It has now been 2 weeks and haven't heard a thing and have let messages with the service manager and what I believe is the general manager and no one responds.

I can't really rate the service center as a one star rating. The reason for the one star is because there are not enough service writers to answer the phone. Don't expect a call back if you leave a message. I dropped my car off at 9 am and by 4:30 I hadn't heard from anyone. My service writer left early for the day and since the other service writer could not access my ticket my vehicle was basically non-existent. A definite issue. The service manager knows the issues but can not fix it.

2003 corvette $17,600, I was to put $5000 down finance for 60 months. The sales person said could not come down on price and wanted $800 incase I had a rip the seat $1;200 for paint protection dealer prep. By the time it was done I hand no down payment. He wanted $400 to $450 and was not willing to work with me, sign the paper and drive it home today a month later it sold $1,000 less I was willing to make a deal,but not being treated like that to me it was a bait and switch same.
