I am a healthcare worker. I went into this location specifically for a dependable car that would be great for commuting since I do drive far. I was very polite. I did not haggle or try to get the car priced differently nor did I cause any issues throughout the process to where I would be considered a difficult customer. I trusted this location to give me what I was searching for since it is very important as a healthcare worker that I make it to work efficiently every day. I drove the car a total of seven times maybe less and had a blow out on my commute to work because the tires were all bad. I was under the impression there was an inspection done and I was given a car that did not need new tires. I come to find out that the car with 60,000 miles also has the original tires on it and they are all in terrible condition. I contacted the dealership. They said that they were going to tell the manager and I waited all day for a call back. I sent pictures and proof of the incident and I was never contacted again regarding the situation. They did not seem to care. They just wanted to sell a car and I guess that's exactly what they did. I guess customer service and taking care of people is just out of the question at this dealership if you want someone you can trust do not go to this location. I have given them ample opportunity to contact me today and they have not contacted me again thus I'm submitting this review.
