I took my car in for an evaluation & more it drives worse. Like it's going to die when I am stopped. The advisor was good but who ever the mechanic was made my engine worse. This was my second chance going to Jeff Wyler after last time they forgot to put my oil plug in my oil leaked out.

Everything went well as usual. I had an appointment set up for March 6, but my car wouldn't start so I had it towed to Jeff Wyler. Once they recieved it, I was told that they were booked up but they would do their best to troubleshoot it for me. I was then allowed to rent a vehicle so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. Early the next morning, I was called and told they not only fixed my car, but also serviced it and updated the recall.

Did not clean my car well or in a timely manner. Was told the smoke smell would go away after "bombing" it, then proceeded to tell me they weren't able to do it because they were short on time and gave me the "bomb" to do at home myself. This did not get rid of the smell. Tried to sell me a protective coating for the upholstery on the seats which I declined. They still added this unwanted service on the final sale.

Great service, very attentive, too. They reviewed the Carfax report where former owner/dealer Beechmont Toyota may or may not have dropped the ball before I purchased the car. Afterwards, I updated the Carfax report using the missing info that's on the Experian AutoCheck report (the dealer said they prefer AutoCheck over Carfax when I was buying the car). Excited for my next service with Jeff Wyler Honda.

A little disappointed that I only received one key with my purchase of a 2024 Toyota, cost me $340.00 for an extra key, could not talk the dealer into paying for that cost although I gave them their asking price for the vehicle. They did agree to pay for cutting the pass key.

Totally no idea what to do with a dead battery on a hybrid, but Jordan patiently walked us through the process over the phone. I was told that my car was fixed, and I essentially was ignored when I told them what the problem was. They even told me that they were going to keep it for an extra day of testing. I got the card back today. And while there are no sensors on, I can't even accelerate talk about ridiculous, 0 stars.
