My Saab has had an open recall related to its seat belt re-tractor for over two years. Time and again legacy Saab dealers in Cincinnati and Columbus Ohio have told me parts were constrained to use for only vehicles where the system had failed (will no longer retract) and otherwise unavailable. GM sent me another reminder via mail. That one suggested contacting a Cadillac store. Low and behold the parts came in fast. The dealership completed the repair in a day. And I'm on my way very satisfied.
