Almost without fail (and I say "almost" because the experience was positive a couple of times), the car is returned to me with dark black grease everywhere. This time on the front hood, door handles, door jams, inside door panels, dash panels, interior and exterior b pillar, speaker grille. How a mechanic gets that filthy by 9:30 am I am not sure. Why they can't have a clean person reset the oil life indicator and check for the mess I do not know. What I do know is that I will not buy another Cadillac to replace this car at $65 or $70K to be abused by the dealership during routine maintenance.

Sent back to have the issues fixed from the first go round and they did fix the truck bed rail yet still charged the insurance company again for parts even though they broke the first time. Fixed the fuel filler door but didnt screw the gas cap back on. Also there is still dirt in the paint they never fixed. I wouldnt expect this from a Jeff Schmitt company especially their luxury car company. Very disappointed with my service and feel like there are some ethical issues with charging the insurance company with something they broke initially.
