Took Way longer than they said, Which I realize when trying to get parts that happens so that's not Employees fault, But the Dirty muddy footprints in the passenger front floor board is wrong and finger prints everywhere, Not happy about the disrespect when they know it's a car never drove in bad weather! No reason for That! And for the work being done No reason someone should have even been in that seat!

We always get the "works" package which includes a synthetic blend oil for 5,000 + miles, instead of 3,000 miles at the 10 minute standard oil change joints. They also rotate the tires and fill all fluid levels. Jack Demmer Ford Quick Lube is an outstanding service! Ask for Dave!

Easiest visit ever! I had to have a recall item checked to be sure mine wasn't involved. I never even had to get out of the car, they walked around it scanning bar codes then told me mine lot numbers weren't involved. The whole visit from arriving to leaving was under 10 minutes.

I dropped off my car on Wednesday 3/13/19 for repair. I was told it would take one day. I returned back on Monday 3/18/19 at 10:45 am for my car, but had to wait because the paperwork was not ready. No one thanked me for using that dealership. I only use this place is because it is only one mile from my home. I would never buy a car from this dealer. Rating D minus.

Service itself was fine...Even though this is Demmers Quick Lane, the waits are getting longer and longer. First attempt for this service I was told there was at least a 2 hour wait...I left. Came back next day, was told 45 min - 1 hour. As I needed this service completed before a road trip, I waited. Was completed in just over an hour.

Demmer Ford is 5min from my house. They work fast. I was in at 8am and I was out by 10:30a. I thought I needed my front breaks replaced. He showed me my fronts were fine but my back brakes needed to be replaced. The waiting area and the restroom is clean and comfortable. Yes I will continue to use them for my car maintenance.

it was not bad it only took them 2 hours for their recall! unfortunately they didnt tell me I have another and different recall waiting in my mailbox at home. which now there service just got worse as i have to go there again for a one of their recalls and use up 2-3 hours of my day!
