Jack Demmer Ford kept my vehicle for 10 days and never serviced it. Excuse received was workload backup and only one mechanic that worked on that specific issue. Took my vehicle to a different shop and issue was resolved in less than 2 hours.

Was told maybe they forgot to check anti freeze level. WHAT? When I picked up after repairs completed, still rough idle. Disappointed. Traded in for Nissan Rogue the next day.
